The circle is an opportunity to speak your truth, no apologies. The structure of the circle is to spiral within the container of the circle and share as little or as much as you wish. In these testing times, the practise of sharing and opening in community is vital to our wellbeing, now more than ever. I invite you to journey into the unfolding with me.
