In Her Element

4 Elements. Book all 4 sessions or dip into the element/s you want to work with.

Each session will focus on an element, using the forces of nature to reconnect to our own feminine nature. Join me for an elemental practise of yoga, breathwork and meditation.  We will practise both vinyasa krama and kundalini kriyas to embody the energies of Earth, Water, Fire and Air. Each week will include a take home practise for you to continue (if you wish) through to our next gathering.
